Keto Egg Bites

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or melted butter.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced bacon or ham, and diced vegetables into the egg mixture.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 18-20 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and slightly golden on top.
  • Remove the muffin tin from the oven and let the egg bites cool for a few minutes.
  • Gently loosen the egg bites from the muffin tin using a butter knife, and then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Once cooled, these keto egg bites are ready to be enjoyed.
