These keto pecan pie bars have all the flavors of a classic pecan pie without the carbs, featuring a rich and buttery crust topped with a gooey pecan filling. This is a treat your family will love!

Keto Pecan Pie Bars

Ingredients
  

  • Ingredients: For the Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • For the Filling:
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup erythritol or keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line the baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Mix the crust ingredients in a bowl and press into the baking dish.
  • Bake the crust for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
  • While the crust is baking, whisk together the filling ingredients except for the pecans.
  • Stir in the chopped pecans and pour over the baked crust.
  • Bake for an additional 25 minutes, until the filling is set.
  • Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
