These keto pecan pie bars have all the flavors of a classic pecan pie without the carbs, featuring a rich and buttery crust topped with a gooey pecan filling. This is a treat your family will love!
Keto Pecan Pie Bars
Ingredients
- Ingredients: For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol or keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- For the Filling:
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup erythritol or keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line the baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix the crust ingredients in a bowl and press into the baking dish.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
- While the crust is baking, whisk together the filling ingredients except for the pecans.
- Stir in the chopped pecans and pour over the baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 25 minutes, until the filling is set.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
