Keto Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5” loaf pan and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, sugar-free ketchup, egg, diced onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, dried oregano, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture to the greased loaf pan and press down evenly to form the shape of a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
