Keto Crock Pot Creamy Tuscan Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then place them in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken broth, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and dried Italian seasoning. Pour this creamy concoction over the chicken.
- Close the lid of the crock pot and cook on the low setting for about 4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove the chicken from the crock pot and set it aside.
