Keto Cauliflower Mac And Cheese Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup almond flour optional, for a crunchy topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, then drain well.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- In a greased casserole dish, place the steamed cauliflower and pour the cheese sauce over it.
- Optional: Sprinkle almond flour on top for a crunchy topping.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
