Keto Broccoli Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets steamed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and steamed broccoli.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the sour cream mixture over the chicken and broccoli, and gently mix until everything is coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
