These refreshing berry cream popsicles are a delicious way to cool down while staying in ketosis. They’re creamy, fruity, and perfect for a hot day. You can use any berry you’d like, or mix them up for an even more flavorful treat!

Keto Berry Cream Popsicles

Course Dessert
Servings 8

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  • Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  • To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
