These refreshing berry cream popsicles are a delicious way to cool down while staying in ketosis. They’re creamy, fruity, and perfect for a hot day. You can use any berry you’d like, or mix them up for an even more flavorful treat!
Keto Berry Cream Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup erythritol or keto-friendly sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
- To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
