Classic Keto Chicken Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a pot, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  • Add chicken, celery, and cauliflower. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in chicken broth, add thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes.
