Classic Keto Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped cauliflower
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add chicken, celery, and cauliflower. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth, add thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
