3 Ingredient Keto Biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, eggs, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Using a spoon or your hands, form the mixture into 6 equal-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Flatten each ball slightly to form biscuit shapes.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
