These easy, low-carb keto biscuits are made with just three simple ingredients. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a side dish, they are fluffy, delicious, and keto-friendly. Enjoy these biscuits without the guilt!
3 Ingredient Keto Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, eggs, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Using a spoon or your hands, form the mixture into 6 equal-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball slightly to form biscuit shapes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
